World Vegan Day 2018 Melbourne
The next World Vegan Day for 2018 is already upon us and what’s more is that it is FREE!
With Melbourne weather heating up, this will make for a great day out for the whole family. This is also an opportunity to teach your kids about being kind to other beings on this planet and showing them alternatives to meat.
Each year, the list of vegan product suppliers grows which is great to see as it means more people are waking up to the benefits of eating a plant based diet and/or letting compassion lead the way. This has now become a major event which is held at the Melbourne Showgrounds. It’s on tomorrow – 14th October 2018.
If you are looking for ideas on how to go Vegan or other products you can use as an alternative to animal products then this will be the place to find out. If you want to find out more about the day out then you can visit the World Vegan Day website. There will be a range of vegan products from stall holders.
So, don’t forget your hats, drink bottle and a little cash to splash and have a great cruelty free day!
We’ve been talking about World Vegan Day events in Melbourne for some years.
World Vegan Day Melbourne – Sunday 11th November 2012 starts 10am – 5pm
World Vegan Day is a great opportunity for both vegans and non-vegans. Yes, non-vegans are most welcome to attend and we hope you will benefit from what is shared on the day.
It is a chance for vegans to show their support and enjoy a festival that is in line with their lifestyle. It is a chance for non-vegans to be vegan for a day, get some understanding of what it is like to be vegan and perhaps even make a decision to change what you eat and pursue a lifestyle that is, in my opinion, more in line with what we should be eating.
If you are new to Melbourne then World Vegan Day in Melbourne is a must. It is a chance to get to know what foods are available to you in the area; including new brands, hear some people talk about different subjects, meet some new people and enjoy the festivities. There are activities for the kids and even speed dating.
If you are already vegan then I encourage you to invite people who are not vegan but might like to see what your lifestyle is all about, including why so many people would rather make friends of animals than kill them to eat them.
